What Does the Future Hold?

Tor Frøytvedt Dahl is the Political Secretary to the Vice-Mayor of Social Services in Oslo, representing the Social Liberal Party (Venstre). He has been a central figure behind developing the City of Oslo’s coherent new policy for youth inclusion and daily works on a broad portfolio of social services. He is particularly concerned with fostering policy innovation and cross-sectoral collaboration on key city missions.

He will moderate the panel discussion and ensure that youth perspectives are highlighted.
