Ayan Yusuf is a professional advisor at the City Centre Outreach Service in Oslo, part of the Agency for Welfare and Social Services. She has extensive experience working with vulnerable young people and promoting youth inclusion, participation, and pathways into education and employment.

Ayan is the project manager for the Urban Life of Young People in the Nordic Countries youth conference in Oslo. In this role, she coordinates collaboration between Nordic cities and works to ensure that young people’s voices and perspectives are meaningfully included in discussions with professionals and policymakers at the metropolitan conference Storbyens hjerte og smerte.
