Included in the registration fee: Congress material, access to all relevant meeting sessions, coffee/tea during breaks, lunches where applicable according to meeting, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Early bird fee: 6000,- NOK (Approx. 510 Euros)*
Late fee: 7500,- NOK (Approx. 640 Euros)

*Early bird ends 1st June 2026

Way of payment

• All payments are on-line credit card payments
• Accepted credit cards are VISA and MasterCard
• On-line payments are guaranteed through secured site
• If you choose to pay by invoice, an additional charge of NOK 125 will be added.
  For Norwegian participants, the invoice will be sent as an EHF. A resource number or similar must be entered in the invoice reference field.
  For international participants, the invoice will be sent by email to the participant, and the participant is responsible for forwarding the invoice to their finance department for payment.

Cancellation policy

• The registration is binding. No refunds on cancellation
• Notification of cancellation or name change should be sent to groups.no@gtravel.no
• The organizers cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations
